Sunbird.pk warrants that your product in normal use is without defects in materials and workmanship when used normally in accordance with the manufacturer’s published guidelines for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original retail purchase by the end-user purchaser.
IMPORTANT: BY USING YOUR PRODUCT PURCHASED THROUGH SUNBIRD.PK OR ITS AUTHORIZED DEALER NETWORK, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THE SUNBIRD ONE (1) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY (“WARRANTY”) AS SET OUT HERE.
DO NOT USE YOUR PRODUCT UNTIL YOU HAVE READ THE TERMS OF THE WARRANTY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THE WARRANTY, DO NOT USE THE PRODUCT AND RETURN IT WITHIN THE RETURN PERIOD STATED IN SUNBIRD’s RETURN POLICY (FOUND AT THIS WEBSITE) TO THE INTERIOR SOURCE RETAIL STORE OR THE AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTOR WHERE YOU PURCHASED IT FOR A REFUND.
This warranty does not apply: (a) to consumable parts, such as replacement filters or batteries that are designed to diminish over time, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (b) to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken plastic on ports unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (c) to damage caused by use with a third party component or product; (d) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, liquid contact, earthquake or other external cause; (e) to damage caused by service (including upgrades or modifications) performed by third-parties; (f) to defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging; (g) if the equipment was not installed, operated or maintained in accordance to the manufacturer’s installation and maintenance instructions (h) if any serial number has been removed or defaced; or (i) you cannot prove in any way that you are the authorized user of the product by presenting proof of purchase.
If during the Warranty Period you submit a claim in accordance with the warranty, Sunbird.pk will, at its option:
- repair the product using new or previously used parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability,
- replace the product with the same model (or with your consent a product that has similar functionality) formed from new and/or previously used parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability, or
- exchange the product for a refund of your purchase price.
Sunbird.pk may request that you replace certain user-installable parts or products. A replacement part or product, including a user-installable part that has been installed in accordance with instructions provided by Sunbird.pk, assumes the remaining warranty of the product or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever provides longer coverage for you. When a product or part is replaced or a refund provided, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced or refunded item becomes Sunbird’s property.
The Limited Warranty is non-transferable.
To the extent any content on this Site or information provided by our customer service representatives conflicts with the Manufacturer’s Written Warranty, the terms of the Manufacturer’s Written Warranty shall control
